My journey into massage therapy started with a deep love for the healing power of touch. I know that existing with pain-free movement is a significant key to your quality of life. With specialized training in addressing issues like headaches, rotator cuff dysfunction, iliopsoas tension, and sciatic pain, I use a gentle, deliberate approach to release tension and restore balance.

Certified in prenatal and postnatal massage, I have served as a massage doula, supporting individuals through the transformative journey of pregnancy and childbirth.

My massage studio is in the Ginter Park neighborhood of Richmond, VA. Additionally, I extend mobile massage services to the broader Greater Richmond area.

What is your mask policy?

I wear a mask during all massage sessions to ensure safety, however clients are not required to do so.
